为起劲落实国家农业科技创新树模区战略和北京市高等教育一区一校战略的实验，凭证北京市委市政府要求，平谷区起劲引入中国农业大学结构平谷，成为推动农业科技创新的主要科教实力，重点生长现代种业、智慧农业、农业智能装备、生物手艺、营养康健、食物清静等重大领域，建设新兴前沿交织学科科研创新平台，整合传统优势创新资源，培植国际前沿交织科研集群，培育卓越复合农业人才，打造高等农林教育创新高地，培育高新农业工业集群，最终打造成为“北京国家农业中关村”的焦点承载区。

【Project Introduction】
